The next morning, after breakfast, your expert guide will meet you at 8:30 AM to begin the day's exploration. Note: The Library of Alexandria is closed on Fridays and public holidays. Entry to the reading area requires an additional ticket. Next, visit the historic site of the Lighthouse of Alexandria, once one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, where the Qaitbay Citadel now stands. Explore the beautiful royal gardens of King Farouk, the last king of Egypt, and admire the impressive royal palaces of Haramlek and Salamlek, along with the picturesque royal beaches once frequented by queens. Continue your tour with a visit to the stunning Abbo Elabbas Mosque, the city’s largest and most beautiful mosque, and see the memorial of the Unknown Soldier of Alexandria and the statue of Alexander the Great.
